We handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish & seafood, soy, peanut, tree nuts and other potential allergens in the food production area of our facility. If any guests have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions as well as requests for additional menu selections/customization, please note in the initial catering request/comment field. For smaller functions, we require confirmation of total number of guests seven (7) business days prior to the event date. For larger functions (100 +), we require confirmation of total number of guests twelve (12) business days prior to the event date for purposes of procuring ingredients, rentals, and labor. Outside food and beverage is not permitted to be mixed with your catering request due to safety precautions. Thank you!
