Room and Board Registration

• $40 per night per room

 

• $10 fee for fob for electronic access to building after-hours (access is granted for the entire length of your stay)

 

• Each Continental Breakfast - $6.50

 

• Each Lunch - $14.00

 

• Each Dinner - $16.00

Staff is available in the front office to receive you on the day of your arrival.

On Sundays, please plan to arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

On weekdays, the reception office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

No staff is available on Saturdays for arrivals.

If your travels require you to arrive at an hour outside of these times, please contact Danielle Pizzola to arrange for an alternate time: danielle.pizzola@archny.org.  


Please note the following:

• Rooms are located on the second, third, and fourth floors of the seminary, with men and women on separate floors.
•  Unlike in previous years, available rooms will now have air conditioning.
• Each student will have access to a non-shared bathroom, though the bathroom may be down the hall from the room.

Rooms include the following:

• Sink
• Bed linens
• Towels
• Single bed
• Desk
• Desk lamp
• Chair
• Ceiling/portable fan
• Closet with a few hangers
• Extra towels available
• Change of linens available for those staying
• multiple weeks – available upon request

Guests should plan to bring the following:

• Luggage lock if desired
• Toiletries
