Safe Environment
TRIP & TRAVEL POLICY:
For overnight trips, our policy requires that all chaperones must be over 21 years old. Children who have not begun 9th grade may not participate in an overnight event.
For day trips, we permit a chaperone between 18 and 21, provided that there is at least one chaperone over 21, and we encourage that the younger chaperone be at least 3 years older than the participants.
All chaperones must be in full compliance with our safe environment requirements (background check and training).
For high school age minors, we follow the chaperone to minor ratio, namely 1 chaperone per 8 minors . -
