Zoom Conferencing:
Zoom Meetings allows video conferencing from desktop/laptops and mobile devices, With SJS being the host, you can have a meeting here and have your Participants call in by simply providing them with the meeting ID. In which they can then join the meeting via video or phone only, from anywhere. You can find out more about Zoom technology on their website, https://zoom.us/meetings. Also, you can use Zoom for presentations. In this case you will need to have a laptop with you.
Presentations:
We can provide a projector and screen for presentations in the Prayer Hall only. You must bring your own laptop(s). For all other locations, you're welcome to bring your own audio visual equipment or you can rent audio visual equipment from the Seminary. We encourage
you to bring laptops, adaptors, cables, and extension cords.
You have to rent or bring your audio visual equipment for the gymnasium in the Cardinal Spellman Recreational Center, Cathedral Prep Dining Room, and Refectory.
The Seminary does not provide technical assistance.
The Facility User is responsible for clean-up and removal of all materials following their event. Any items left in the room (e.g. boxes, handouts, food, etc.) may be discarded at the group’s expenses.
Hourly Overtime Pay scale range per ABM Staff (custodial):
Time and a Half: (Saturdays/After regular hours of operation): $28.00 - $30.00 Double Time: (Holidays/Sundays): $37.00 - $40.00
Visitors may be responsible for set up/cleanup of activity area. Additional costs may be applied if ABM maintenance/custodial staff provides any services.
